We route each order to the nearest partner shop that already has your items in stock — no central warehouse, no long routes. Delivery time depends on distance and shop prep, but most orders arrive in about 10 minutes.

What's the delivery area?⌄

INHAND serves customers within a 15 km radius of a partner shop. If a shop can reach you, it appears in the app automatically.

What if I order from more than one shop?⌄

Your cart is split automatically into one order per shop. Each shop only sees and fulfils its own items, and you can track them separately.

Which payment methods are supported?⌄

UPI, credit/debit cards, net-banking, INHAND wallet, and cash on delivery. All online payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

How do I become a vendor?⌄

Tap Become a Vendor, submit your shop and KYC details, and once approved you can list products and start receiving orders. You keep 90% of every sale.
